• No, insurance companies do not cover our annual fee. The service and level of care provided by the Longevity Medical Center well exceed the basic services covered by most medical plans.

Must I choose one doctor to provide my care?

• No, under our Annual Fee Primary Care Program, patients receive service by our entire staff, including both physicians. In most cases, the doctor you will see depends on your condition.

Will you bill my insurance company?

• For most patients, we provide an itemized bill that can be used by them in seeking reimbursement. We offer insurance billing as a premium service.

Will you come to my house for all my Medical Care?

• House Calls are reserved for specific situations. In most cases, patients will receive more comprehensive care in our office where we have access to our equipment and supplies.
